Camper- a modern home.

In the minds of ordinary people a person who hasn’t his own house, is on the lowest rung of the social ladder. For the Western world houses on wheels – trucks has become quite natural and really widespread.

Most western films, where people living in vans are mentioned, show them as they are poor, do not have normal conditions for life. However, such a view is just another myth of the society.
In fact, the demand for trailers of Camp-Inn category is steadily growing. Originating in America after the Second World War, such trailers firmly have entrenched in the automotive market. Although it’s difficult to say clearly if it is the car market or the housing at the moment. After all, these cars are real houses inside!

There is absolutely everything you need for life. Often, even our average apartment, where can be no electricity, the water can be cut off, then one needs to wait for heat on when it is quite cold, in terms of public procurement is considerably inferior to such a mobile camper. After all, they provide everything you need: independent power and water supply, heating and air conditioning, toilet, etc. Externally, these campers can be of two types: trailers and monolithic structures such as a bus.

Today, many companies produce more and more upgrading of these camper vans. Despite the fact that the companies from various countries, in particular, Japan, have appeared at the market of Camp-Inn trailers- the palm is still keep by U.S. producers – it is their know-how, and they hold the heights. The custom vans in addition to the mandatory minimum of comforts, are fully equipped with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. With such a complete set the trailer actually turns into a real home, even on wheels.

Since the middle of XXth century there was a problem: how should people living in a trailer be estimated? Are they people of no fixed abode? What are the legal rules which can be applied to them?

All issues were resolved in 1980 by amendments to the Law of National Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards, for which the campers where one lives (mobile homes) are interpreted as full houses, but carried on the wheels.
This law made possible to live mobile for people: the owners of trailers can live in designated parking areas and in specialized parks, engaging in communities, and may at any moment leave for another place.

By the way, modern parks of manufactured houses have water and sewer, good planning and infrastructure. Communities play an important role not only by saving its members from being alone, they also provide many important rights for people. First of all, their necessity is related to land use laws, existing in the United States.

So it’s all about the fact that mobile homes will be improved and conquer new territories.
